At most rental car companies, the second question following “where will you be traveling?” is most often “are you over 25?” Drivers 18 Years & Up are viewed as too risky, so most companies have chosen not to rent to anyone 18 Years & Up, or they draw the line at age 21.
Under Arizona law, persons 18 and older are of legal age to enter into a contract. We respect this viewpoint and trust that persons 18 and older can make decisions about renting a vehicle.
